• Representatives of charitable foundations and NGOs
• Representatives of universities and schools
• Participants of the "Service Learning" program and activists of the "Movement of the First"
• Corporate volunteers, social entrepreneurs, representatives of large and medium-sized businesses supporting volunteer initiatives
• Public sector representatives
• Volunteers participating in emergency response (e.g., oil spill on the Black Sea coast)
• International experts, members of the International Association of Volunteers and NGOs, representatives of foreign NGOs and humanitarian organizations

We offer two participation formats so everyone can find a suitable option:
1. Forum Participant (with a full service package)

• Registration and competitive selection are open until October 19.
• What's included: For those who pass the selection, we fully arrange accommodation (for non-residents), meals, and, most importantly, full access to the entire program: educational tracks, networking, closed-door events, and much more.

2. Audience Member (open program)

• Registration is open until November 20.
• What's included: This is an opportunity to freely attend the forum's open events: panel discussions, public lectures, exhibitions, and other events to be announced later. Accommodation, meals, and access to the closed part of the program are not provided.

The competitive selection is our chance to get to know you and your unique story! Since the number of spots for participants with a full service package is limited, we want to ensure we invite the most active and motivated individuals for whom the forum will be a real step forward.
What do we look for during selection?
Above all, we want to see your genuine engagement! We’re interested in:

• Your real experience in volunteering, social projects, or public activities.
• Your motivation and clear understanding of why you want to attend this forum.
• How you plan to apply the knowledge gained in your region or project after the forum.
• Activeness and desire to develop the #WEARETOGETHER community.

How does the process work?

1. You complete a detailed application on the Dobro.org platform by October 19, where you share information about yourself and your achievements.
2. Our expert panel carefully reviews every application. We read all of them — your story matters to us!
3. We then send out invitations via email.

The selection is quite competitive because there are many applicants. But that’s no reason not to try! The most sincere, passionate, and determined individuals always have a high chance of success. Even if you’re just starting your journey in doing good — what matters most is your desire and willingness to take action.

Don’t be upset! Firstly, we create a waiting list in case any of the selected participants have a change of plans. Secondly, you can always register as an attendee until November 20 — you’ll be able to attend the forum’s open events for free and experience its atmosphere.

Absolutely! It is very important to us that the forum is accessible to everyone. We will do everything necessary to create comfortable conditions for all our guests.

Yes, absolutely! For our out-of-town and international participants who are selected through the competitive process, we provide complimentary hotel accommodation during the forum dates, as well as breakfasts and dinners.
Detailed information regarding the accommodation venue will be sent to selected participants in a follow-up information letter after the competitive selection is complete.

Accommodation is provided for those coming from other cities and countries.

Travel to Moscow and back is organized and paid for by your sending organization (e.g., your university, employer, or regional youth affairs authority). You may also cover the transportation costs yourself.

Organized transfer from train stations and airports will be available for the finalists of the international track of the International Prize #WEARETOGETHER on arrival and departure days. We will send you all the detailed information and instructions in advance.

We will process all applications as quickly as possible! The list of selected participants will be finalized by October 30, 2025. Notifications of our decision will be sent to your email and will also appear in your personal account on the Dobro.org platform.

You will be able to request all necessary documents directly when filling out the application form for the forum.

Absolutely! After the forum concludes, we will send personalized digital certificates to all our active participants.
